Nob Hill Towers is a 1929 historical building located in DTLA which consists of 52 units and seven floors. Nob Hill Towers features incredibly spacious layouts with sweeping views. This community has incredible roof top views, and offers an art deco feel, with vintage charm and a great location.

I am originally from Los Angeles but have been living in New York for the last 20 years, I just moved back to LA and one of the best parts about coming back was finding this place! We met Adam and he made my rental so easy and was super friendly and communicative the whole way through. The building is beautiful, historical, and well maintained. The space you get for the price is incredible. I would have to say this was my favorite renting experience and I'm really happy with the spacious studio I now call home. Thank you again Adam for all your help! In a sea of real estate scams, working with someone that is honest and reliable really making the move enjoyable.

I’ve lived in the building for 2 years. It’s a grand old building . The manager , Adam , has been responsive to multiple service requests in the short time that he has been here (he is new). He takes phone calls and things do get done. It’s a big building with a lot to deal with and so far, requests for building improvements have been considered and are being implemented. I’m happy living here and I have nice neighbors. Bonus: it’s a very dog friendly building !
