Lived there for 6 months, neighbors were friendly and quiet, the area was safe as well! Beautiful green belt behind the building which gave lots of privacy. Matt and Kelsey are great and made my experience at eagle ridge very pleasant! Couldn’t find anything better for that price either, not super updated but it’s easy to make cozy once you move in.

I lived in this complex form 2012 to 2017. It wasn't the best but it was close to my work and I enjoyed my time there. It was nice to have a greenbelt out my back door. :)
