Been here 6 months and just signed on for another year. Everything from the location to maintenance, quality of the building/apartments and management are a big win. Quassandra and Irma are excellent and work with residents to make sure the living experience is up to par with the spend. Well worth it to live in a safe area that's kept up with. I've searched all over LA and definitely recommend this place.

The Roy has the most incredible management team. Q is one of a kind. She is responsive, sweet and makes you feel very safe. Ramiro, the buildings maintenance manager is also one of a kind. He prioritizes your needs and communicates with you to make sure you are on the same page. Lastly, the gym is always clean and perfect. I will definitely miss the gym and the rooftop! We lived here for 2.5 years and will never forget our experience. Thank you! Hope you love it as much as we did.
