I was fortunate to call Lucille home for over four years and only moved because of changes in my life. The neighborhood is fantastic, with the added bonus of living above a lovely coffee shop. What stood out to me was the building's pet friendliness, which was a huge plus for me and my furry friend. I moved in right before the pandemic hit, and with that came changes in management. The current management team has been exceptional, far more approachable and communicative than the previous one. Whenever I had maintenance needs, they were quick to respond and resolve any issues. Parking could be a challenge, but that was mainly because I opted for street parking instead of paying for the lot or garage. Despite this, I rarely had any issues finding a spot nearby. Another plus was the peacefulness—I hardly ever heard my neighbors. Overall, I have nothing but fond memories of my time at Lucille. It's a great place to call home, especially with the recent improvements in management.

Great apartment building. I myself appreciate interior design and have an interest in architecture. I can easily say that this building is beautiful. Especially the rooftop area. Management is helpful and on top of things. They are quick to respond to questions and are friendly. I lived here for 8 months and loved it. I recommend this place.
