162ten has been an amazing location to live! Everything is walking distance. They have events across the street occasionally. There’s a few doors to get into before you reach the apartment, so it’s very safe and secure. On top of all the amenities, the people working here are kind and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Definitely a great place to call home
