I lived here for the past 5 years. I was very happy with the gals in the leasing office. Maintenance issues big or small were usually addressed within 24 hours. This is one of the few affordable options in this part of town. I've had some noisy neighbors (it is an apartment after all), but the leasing office usually addressed these complaints. The pool is a lot of fun in the summer. The office has done a nice job of doing little holiday get togethers for the families of the complex.
