Thomas Street Lofts are gorgeous and modern, in the perfect Capitol Hill location. The lofts are very open and allow tons of natural light in, with a beautiful city and Space Needle view from the rooftop. Quiet community, and I appreciate Alison's attention to detail and making the building feel like home. Couldn't recommend this building more!

The loft units are spacious, airy with a open kitchen and updated appliances. Pretty quiet as well even though my unit faces 12th.
