About Cary Belvidere Apartments
Why search anywhere else? Cary Belvidere Apartments offers a desirable location and rates in the heart of the VCU Monroe Campus. We are now leasing for the Fall Semester and all apartments will be ready for move-in in August 2018. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartments available for rent are spacious and have windows in both bedrooms and living rooms. The kitchens are equipped with full size appliances; every apartment has a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Every apartment also has its own Full-Size Washer and Dryer! The bedrooms are spacious and most floor plans offer walk-in closets in the bedrooms. ALL utilities are included in the rent!!!! We also have a ground level parking garage; spaces rent at $75 per month. The application fee is WAIVED for June and July applicants! The applicant must be income and credit qualified. The income requirement is 3 times the monthly rent and you must pass a credit check administered by the National Tenant Network. If the applicant does not qualify on both income and credit, a co-signer is acceptable. The property is pet free and smoke free.
