We have been living here for about four months now, and we are happy to call Modera our home. Even my cat is very content, and he is one sensitive cat. Everything is managed and kept to the highest standard, thanks to the incredible staff, and being able to rely on them takes a huge weight off our shoulders. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to live around Needham.

I loved living at the Modera. It's cozy, compact but has all the amenities you can ask for. I found the staff very friendly, accommodating, and quick to serve. Maintenance issues always dealt with immediately.

I’ve lived at Modera in Needham for the last three years and it’s a wonderful community. I’ve received exceptional service from Chris and the team in the management office. Chris does an incredible job maintaining the building and insuring that it’s a safe environment with everything working properly. Any request I’ve made has been handled in a professional, pleasant, and timely manner.

Modera Needham is a beautiful community! Conveniently located off of 95 or 128 whichever you prefer to call it. I love that you have an option for an apartment home or a townhome. The amenities are great! I love that there is a playground in the community! The maintenance team and the office team are amazing and responsive!

I enjoy living at this community. Location is great. Nice local restaurants and close to Boston. Great Staff! Amanda, Paula and Ashley in the office are always very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Chris does a nice job maintaining the community he responds quickly and is very knowledgeable.
