Avalon Framingham is conveniently located in Framingham, just off I-90, near shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation.

We were living here for a year as a transition year for the cross-state relocation. We moved out as we finally closed our house, so this is a full review of our whole experience: Reasonable price, newer apartment, good surrounding nature, and convenience to shopping or downtown; High ceiling, well-maintained appliances and gym and pool, and good App for payment and maintenance request; For the whole year, we requested 3 maintenance, and were resolved within next day or on the same day. We don't need to meet or call management team, as mostly could be solved through Avalon APP, but Lori is very responsive and helpful whenever needed. It has been a great year, definitely with no hesitation of recommendation to our friends/colleagues.

I lived here for a year, now i moved to IL, i can say i miss this place every single day, I love taking my dog to the lawn, i love going to the little gym, the staffs are so nice to me, I just can’t say enough about how much i love this place. Thank you Avalon Framingham for giving me a spectacular year here!
