We were living here for a year as a transition year for the cross-state relocation. We moved out as we finally closed our house, so this is a full review of our whole experience: Reasonable price, newer apartment, good surrounding nature, and convenience to shopping or downtown; High ceiling, well-maintained appliances and gym and pool, and good App for payment and maintenance request; For the whole year, we requested 3 maintenance, and were resolved within next day or on the same day. We don't need to meet or call management team, as mostly could be solved through Avalon APP, but Lori is very responsive and helpful whenever needed. It has been a great year, definitely with no hesitation of recommendation to our friends/colleagues.
I lived here for a year, now i moved to IL, i can say i miss this place every single day, I love taking my dog to the lawn, i love going to the little gym, the staffs are so nice to me, I just can’t say enough about how much i love this place.

We recently had to find short term housing in between home sale and purchase. I am so glad that we looked into Avalon Framingham. They truly made us feel at home for the few months we were there. The staff in the front office is so amazing and every request was met with a quick response. The maintenance guys are fantastic as well and quickly fixed things like a fridge light and garbage disposal the day of my request!
The resident amenities are fantastic as well, we used the pool and gym daily for the couple months we were there. We are runners and the neighborhood was very nice for trail running and street running.
It is definitely hard moving with a toddler and I would recommend Avalon Framingham to anybody that is looking for a place short term or long-term. They made it so easy! I honestly wish we could’ve stayed for a year!

I have been living in Avalon Framingham in the past 2 years (2021-2023). I chose a 1-bedroom-1-bathroom floor plan with 2 dogs, and the experience here was great. The rent is probably not the most advantage, but considering the rooms are new and clear, plus everything I will mention below, I still think it worth the price. The community is safe, quite, and dog-friendly. The maintenance service is responsive, and the the stuff is also very helpful and kind. I am going to move out for some personal reasons, but I would recommend living in this apartment, especially if you are young professionals and have, or going to have dog(s).

We have lived here for a little over 9 months and have felt at home since day one. The office staff are super nice, but the maintenance staff are beyond amazing. I recently had a smoke detector issue, it was the end of the day and they were quick to respond and take care of the issue.

I’ve been living at Avalon Framingham for just over 6 years and I still love it just as much as my first day here. From the beautiful view, to the great amenities and especially the wonderful staff. This has never felt like apt living, but more like community. Everyone is super responsive to any question or issue. This past week my daughter and I were sick and isolating but I had a couple of packages arrive. I didn’t want to take up space in the package lockers for too long, nor get anyone else sick so I used the app for the first time to let them know the situation. They responded almost immediately and Ben picked up my packages and delivered them right to my door. Thanks Ben!
All in all this is a wonderful place to live and I look forward to many more years here.
After decades living in a single-family house we are now very happy to call Avalon Framingham our home. The office team is very friendly and responsive with a focus on security and safety. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and timely - the grounds, buildings, and apartments are extremely well maintained. There is a true sense of community and with amenities like the beautiful pool, grill space, and gym we have lots to enjoy.
Update (3 years later): After three years, we moved to a different area of the state, but we want to express our heartfelt thanks to the office staff and maintenance organization for a wonderful experience. From move-in to move-out, we always felt like we were in the right place for us. The office staff remained awesome and incredibly responsive, ensuring our needs were met with a smile. The maintenance team consistently provided timely and efficient service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The community amenities, including the beautiful pool, grill space, and gym, contributed to a welcoming environment that felt like home. Avalon Framingham is truly a wonderful place to live, and we are grateful for our time there.
I've had a fantastic experience living here! The leasing office is incredibly friendly and always responds very quickly to any inquiries. The maintenance team is awesome - they are professional and always on call to address any issues promptly. Highly recommend this place!
