I love living at the Reserve! Been here for 4 years, yes there are minor problems, but they are just that... minor. On top of the fact they have maintained this building so well, we are so lucky that this low income building has a clean and well maintained swimming pool thanks to Mick! I cannot walk much but I can swim and am so blessed there is a pool to use right here. Mick and Mike are two terrific humans and the best maintenance staff I've ever seen at any apartment I've lived in. They are right on it and have no issues replacing if need be. Always a great listeners, they know how to trouble shoot and fix what is needed. We are so lucky to have staff like Nick and Mike! We need to uplift our maintenance staff. They need to how much of a difference they make!
