Hard to find a place to really call “home” when renting an apartment from a nationwide management company, right? Wrong! We’ve been here for five years and counting, weathered the pandemic here and continue to enjoy the peace and quiet of Snohomish County. The onsite office team does a good job and the maintenance guys are on point as well, thank you to Lacy, Kiki, Fernando and John respectively for your help and support this year!

This a wonderful community and the people who live here are friendly and respectful of others. My apartment has everything I need and each time I need some assistance with repair or question the response is always fast and effective. I appreciate the cleanliness of the area and the easy access to all the facilities this place offers for the tenants. This place is nice and quiet and I enjoy living here. thank you
