There is an attached secure garage below the building with parking available for $100/month ($25 additional for EV vehicles). Unit 103 is a spacious 2bed/2bath with South facing windows which receive glorious natural light especially with the vaulted ceilings. There is laminate flooring throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms, an efficient galley kitchen, a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and in-unit washer/dryer stack. Enjoy the summer months on the small private balcony, a perfect place for your very own herb garden. We are offering this light-filled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with 2 weeks free rent. This concession begins when the applicant is approved and the lease is sent. There is a $100 per month utility fee for w/s/g (+$50 for each additional person). At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
