Catch the Metro bus route 11 on East Madison Street to downtown or Madison Park every half hour. This studio unit is located on the top floor on the East side of the building which remains quiet and cool throughout the year. Let your worries be soaked away in the original clawfoot tub as you find your happy place. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 water, sewer, garbage utility and a $15 laundry fee per month. Electricity is based on usage through Seattle City Light. It is being offered on a 12 month Lease with a 2 week free rent concession. This is no smoking and no dog building however cats are welcome.
