My review got deleted from here for some reason? It was a good one! Management here really helped me out with re painting the parking lines a few years back. Great staff great people. I wish I remember exactly what was said here. Anyways, this is a great place to live! Hope this review stays up this time lol. AND! I don't think I've ever waited longer that 10 min for an email response for management, which is quite impressive, keep up the good work!

This review has been a long time coming. Feel bad for not writing it sooner. Been at Arcadia about 2.5 years now. Absolutely love it here! Although we did have some initial issues with someone in the office, that has passed and they are always helpful when we come in. Every time I have an issue, Melanie or Lisa have been amazing and so willing to help us. I think Lisa may have only helped me a couple times, but she seems to be very nice. The neighborhood get togthers are very nice. I'm not a people person so I don't go, but that being said. I love that they have them. it's also super awesome that they have outdoor play areas for kiddos and a dog area! I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences with maintenance. Every single time we have an issue, we can count on them helping us out. If they can't do something, they always expectation set with us. A couple months ago we had a leak from one of the upstairs bathrooms into the ceiling and down into the bottom floor into the area we use as an office. Someone called me inside of 10 mins when I left the message begging for help. They were helpful and spent most of the day at our place finding the leak. They got the drywall repaired and it's back to normal. I love that I can count on these folks always help and be just awesome about it. Don't listen to the negative on here. Maintenance is amazing here. Even more pluses is that is within walking distance for anyone of grocery store, the post office and CVS. I would highly recommend Arcadia. It is absolutely worth the value!
