This is a great location if you're a commuter. The brand new Light Rail, as well as all the major bus lines, are within walking distance. This is a quiet residential tree lined neighborhood, great for biking, close to parks, and surrounded by coffee cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Unit 104 is situated in the Southwest corner of the building and receives radiant natural light. There are natural hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, a high-top breakfast bar off the galley kitchen and stainless steel appliances. We are offering this unit on a 12 month lease with a 2 week rent concession. There is a $75 per month utility for water/sewer/garbage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
