The Clairingle features updated kitchens with new cabinets, granite countertops, and wood Floors. The Clairingle is located within walking distance to lots of great places to eat and is convenient to Interstate 5 for those who need to commute for work. Unit 202 is situated on the Northwest corner which receives abundant natural light. It has gorgeous natural hardwood floors throughout, new vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom as well as an original clawfoot tub to help soak all your worries away. We are offering this unit on a 12 month lease with a 3 week rent concession. There is a $75 monthly utility for water/sewer/garbage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
