1BR/1.0BA1 bed1 bathThe Clairingle is a classic Seattle brick building, well located on Seattle's Capitol Hill near the very popular 15th Avenue area. This is a great location if you're a commuter. The brand new Light Rail, as well as all the major bus lines, are within walking distance. This is a quiet residential tree lined neighborhood, great for biking, close to parks, and surrounded by coffee cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The Clairingle is blocks from Trader Joe's and a nice large Safeway store. Unit 102 is situated on the Northwest corner of the 1st floor which receives amazing natural light. It has hardwood floors throughout, an updated kitchen which includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer cabinets. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This is no smoking and no dog building however cats are welcome. There is a $75/month utility fee for water, sewer and garbage.
