I have been living in these apartments for almost a year, I with my husband moved from Califronia to Washington and we did not know anyone here, we came to live in the living room of a house and we were looking for apartments everywhere but we could not find one of that would catch ur attention . We came to Handover Apartments because the person we were staying with lived here many years ago and told us that it was a very nice place and without waiting we got to ask for the application and Carrie quickly told us that she had an apartment available and very kindly took us so we could see it. We loved it at first sight, a very good place to start from scratch. Carrie helped us a lot with the paperwork since we were new to this and this state. The most incredible thing was that after filling out the application it did not take more than three days for us to move, the process was faster than expected and we could have our own place. The attention of the manager Carrie seems very surprising to me, she has always helped us when something is wrong, when something goes wrong Carrie and Antonio are on the lookout. Whenever I have a question, she answers my questions. We want to move into a two bedroom apartment with a laundry room inside and Carrie will keep us posted when the apartment is available so we can move when our lease is up.I really recommend this place.

We moved here in August. Alina was able to hold the unit until we moved out of our previous place at the end of our contract. They made it so easy for us. The unit is amazing very spacious and rooms are huge compared to others that I had seen before this one. Our previous apartment did not have guess parking all the tenants would use up the space so when it came to having visitors we couldnt no space to park not even on the street not an issue here they have many visitor parking I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. They are on top of everything. Carrie has been so good to us when it comes to needing anything. The handymen are also very nice and helpful. Do not hesitate to stop by and take a look.
