I recently relocated to Kirkland and needed to find an apartment to lease. While I was searching online I stumbled upon Voda Apartments and immediately was drawn to the location. I contacted Voda and spoke to Julie Avery and Katie Ferguson, they answered all my questions and got my application started right away. The application process was easy, fast, and all done online; I got my apartment approved within a few days. The Voda staff provide great customer service and was very accommodating to my needs. When I saw my apartment I realize I didn’t like the layout and they were so kind to allow me to switch apartment room even when I have already sign the lease. My husband and I relocated here from the East coast. I was very confused and nervous moving to somewhere new and not knowing anyone. The management staff at Voda apartments namely, Katie and Julie has made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Everytime I have asked for their assistance with anything. They have always been very knowledgeable and generous. I really am enjoying residing here and look forward to more times. 👍🙌🤗 I
