One of the perks here is the location. You’re close to downtown, the neighborhood is lovely, and public transportation is readily available nearby. Great food/restaurant options nearby, and also next to a Safeway :) The amenities are nice. Laundry access always works well, Mail room is pretty organized for the most part. Never had a problem with UPS package delivery or DoorDash delivery. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I like it, I’d say it’s worth it ~

I’ve just moved in so I will need time to make a thorough review. However, during the touring, leasing and moving process Carrie, Jason and Bailey, we’re all very helpful and super responsive to my questions and concerns. Extra gratitude to Carrie for holding my hand and making certain that moving to The Redwood was not only a good choice but the right choice. I’m happy to start the new year in a new apartment at The Redwood.
