Living at the Kodo has been nothing short of a blessing, it was where we got our start in LA. The building is well kept and very modern. Will the property manager has been fantastic with resolving any issues if any, he is prompt and a man of his word. Maintenance is on point I have not one complaint living at the Kodo. Highly recommend 5 stars across the board!!! If you are looking for your new home look no further, apply today!

I have had such a wonderful experience becoming a resident at The Kodo! Will, the community manager, has been a delight to work with. He has been nothing short of pleasant with accommodations and makes sure to answer questions promptly—it makes you truly feel like a valued resident. Application process was quick and I have been very pleased with my choice to live here. The apartment units are beautiful, plenty of amenities are provided, and the building is kept secure for the tenants.
