Great place to stay when you are visiting Phoenix for a few days! We booked a room (203) for two nights via Airbnb. The host replied quickly to our questions. When we arrived, the apartment looked clean and tidy. One of the lamps was not working properly, but there was plenty of light in the room. The air-conditioning worked very well. The city center is only a mile walk. There is a small pool in the garden where you can cool off. Definitely would recommend!

I lived here for two years, starting in 2011. I had apartment 201, upstairs and on the corner. I absolutely loved living here, so close to so many things. The apartment itself was amazing, but the location truly made it one of the best places I've ever lived. There was something to do all the time, and I can only imagine that's still the case with the revitalization of the downtown area. It's also only a few blocks away from the Arts District, and the Historic Districts like Coronado. I live in Charlotte now, and despite having so much history, it's just not the same as what I found in Phoenix. If you live/move there, make sure you get food from El Norteño!
