Hello everyone, I have lived in this beautiful place for almost two years and my experience has been excellent, from its renovated and well-kept common areas to the apartment with all its amenities. I must also express my particular opinion about the excellent service of the always attentive and fast maintenance staff and the office staff, especially the extraordinary work done by Ms. Rut Mena; She is always willing to help all her tenants efficiently and effectively, she is kind, very professional and always does everything possible to meet the best expectations, leaving the name of this community high.

The place is safe, beautiful, clean, modern and quiet; In addition, I have always received very good attention from the staff, especially from Miss Rut in the office, she has been very attentive, cordial and professional!! She is super diligent!! All the inconveniences, doubts and information that I have needed, she has resolved them 100% efficiently.

My husband and I moved in during the summer of 2023, and have loved living here! The community is clean, maintenance is amazing - Kalyl and Jamel are awesome! We had a couple issues with our tub and AC and Jamel and Kalyl were super patient and helpful and helped push the out of community contractors and made sure everything was done properly. The office is full of wonderful and helpful people!

I have had a fantastic experience at Maple Springs Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing property manager, Katie. From the moment I inquired about the community, she has been nothing but professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home, addressing any concerns promptly and always with a great attitude.
The complex itself is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. It’s clear that Katie and the team truly care about the residents and take pride in keeping Maple Springs a great place to live.
If you’re looking for a place where management is attentive, the property is well-kept, and the community feels like home, I highly recommend Maple Springs Apartments!

I was here late 2019 into early 2020. I really enjoyed my time. I lived alone upstairs, it was my bachelor pad. The community was very very quiet and low key. The place was very clean and organized. I never had any issues with anyone or anything and would easily go back if I had to (or could afford to). My unit was just as clean as the model they showed me. I’m a Richmond native and lived all across the city. I think this place put me at ease the most knowing it’s safe, no bugs, no loud noise, no broken appliances and it was clean. I loved the tech package, being able to control both the thermostat and unlocking the door from my phone, plus my skylight view to see the clouds
We have been here for a while and have seen this apartment complex go through many changes. The location is great and the property has updated amenities. The front desk which is now under new management has been terrific. Katie, the new manager, is simply outstanding. We can tell that she really cares about the tenants that live here. Our BH renewal specialist Thea, is also fantastic and has helped us out with a smooth renewal process. As always, Jamel and the maintenance guys here are just the best at what they do. Maple Springs can definitely be a place you can call home!
