My fiancé & I scheduled a tour with Brett twice for 2000 West Creek and both times the property has been beautiful! Very well kept, luxury, and clean amenities. Brett is very thorough and detailed on tours!
I absolutely loved my time here. I just moved out since I moved out of state but this was one of the bets apartments I've ever lived at. The team at the clubhouse made me feel at home and wete very helpful and responsive. The amenities were top notch, the apartments were clean and new and everything worked, I have nothing but great things to say about living here! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love living at 2000 West Creek, the staff is amazing, the apartments are spacious, modern, have great storage, the kitchens are made to cook in, the amenities make you feel like you are living in a resort. Package room is wonderful, organized and easy to use 24 hours a day. Dog park and spa are fantastic. Location provides easy access to all the things but tucked away like a private retreat. I happily renewed my lease for another year.

2000 West Creek is truly the best place I have ever lived. I needed to relocate to the city pretty quickly during Covid and opted to lease an apartment here sight unseen. Sarah, one of the leasing agents and quite possibly the kindest human being on the planet, sent me lots of videos and photos to help me select the best unit for me. She gave me so much personal attention from day 1, and even met me on my arrival from the airport to give me a tour and my keys at move-in.
I have lived here for nearly 2 years and if it wasn’t for purchasing a home, I would have stayed forever. The property is incredibly clean, safe and serene with stunning treelined views at every turn. They have the most incredible amenities (especially the dreamy pool and grill area), plus super fun events hosted for residents monthly. On top of all of that, the service is unmatched. Seriously, the team here is incredible and goes out of their way to help residents. Sarah and Nick are true gems and have always taken such great of me and my family. Sabrina on the maintenance team is a constant smiling face and keeps the buildings immaculate. This community is truly special and if you’re looking for a place to call home in the Richmond area - this is THE ONE!
The perfect apartment doesn’t exi—oh wait, it does! 2000 West Creek is perfect and truly feels like home. We worked mainly with Patrick and Sarah when we first moved in, and then with Nick and Olivia. They are all so wonderful, professional, and friendly, and will go out of their way to make sure you feel safe and happy at home. The maintenance team is great as well, though I rarely interacted with them because I rarely had issues! Our neighbors have been fantastic and friendly as well, making 2000 West Creek feel like a community. My husband had surgery earlier this year and couldn’t use his arms and a friendly neighbor helped open medication bottles that I couldn’t open, and Nick helped me carry some packages up to our room. We have lived here for almost 2 years and our love for the community has only grown! Truly an excellent apartment complex with excellent staff and a warm, peaceful community. So much gratitude for 2000 West Creek!
We have lived at West Creek Apartments going into our fourth year. The staff have always been courteous, affable and professional in handling both the lease process as well as routine questions that arise. They look upon their renters as family and we see them likewise. When we moved from out of state and downsized from our previous dwelling, this was the perfect place that comes across as more than “just apartments.” There’s a resort look about the whole complex. They take pride in the way it is kept up. And we appreciate that. I recommend 2000 West Creek unqualifiedly.
This is the most amazing recovery place. I walked away with a true feeling of family by the facility as well as the other clients. It’s a different clientele here. Many professionals, as well as mothers and fathers who just lost their way. It’s a resort more than a recovery center. BUT arms you with tools to fight addictions

Probably the best management team ever. They are very happy to help to solve any concern/question I have. Nick and teammates are very friendly but also very professional on providing good solutions that are effective and easy to do. They extended my lease so that I don't have to move in a weird timing. Definitely the best apartment in Richmond.
