I just want to leave a review regarding Metropolis Apartments one of the nicest staff ever seen in my history of independent living. Let me brief little bit. My car was in parking and they had some kind of construction going on and there was a little bit on my car. Due to that construction the company gave me a gift card for for what I am really appreciating. The kind of service, which I have received in Metropolis Apartment is an extraordinary. And the staff from the office and the workers which includes construction guys, which includes cleaning guys are really extraordinary heads off to those Who work here?
This post, as of Mid-November, is based on my experience thus far, from submitting my application and the completion of that process, which was at the very end of October. I haven't even moved in as of yet and during this timeframe, I had called the Leasing Office many times, simply with questions I had (all good, nothing of concern). I have to say, every time I called, either Maddie, Kirstin or Shanice had answered the phone and helped me with whatever question I had. All three of them, are SO VERY Pleasant, Courteous and overall helpful and it's been a pleasure speaking with them.
Back in October, I had come down to Virginia, from NY, and looked at many different apartment complexes (close to 10). For me, I felt good about and the most comfortable with the Metropolis. Another huge plus, is that it's a new building.
I've been receiving emails from them of various different social gatherings/events they have for us, the residents. That's a nice surprise as well.
I'm really looking forward in moving in, which will be before the end of November, so at least then I can attend those different social events and meet my new neighbors.
Been there a year and is a great apartment complex. Clean safe and plenty of amenities.
Highly recommend staying there.
What a beautiful carefully thought out property. Metropolis is a modern building with lots of amenities and a staff that is friendly and attentive to the needs of their residents. In April of last year I attended a Hard Hat Happy Hour event that showed off the property to the community. There was a great turnout and everyone there was thoroughly impressed with the building and the staff. Recently I had a chance to stop by and see the building in all its glory! I work for a vendor that provides dry cleaning services to some of the residents as an additional amenity. If your looking for a great place to live, in a great location that has it all, go see the team at the Metropolis in Innsbrook!

Family member lives here and loves it. The complex is clean and well kept. Staff very welcoming and responsive. Lots of social and philanthropic events. Great amenities, even a golf simulator! Close proximity to shopping, dining, etc. So many options and near Short Pump but without the traffic! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a West End apartment!
You can’t go wrong with a Drucker and Falk managed community! The management is friendly and consistently goes above and beyond. The resident events are a blast! I love the two courtyards, which feature outdoor televisions, fire pits, grilling areas, and a swimming pool. The sky lounge offers an incredible view and is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The fitness center is spacious and equipped with the latest equipment, making it convenient for working out from home. The location is close to everything! 10/10 recommend!
