I loved living in Ridge Ave Lofts. Kelly Edwards was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The building maintenance team was also very prompt and it was easy to resolve any minor issue that arose. The building was peaceful and safe and I loved the views! The appliances were new and worked well. This location is so perfectly centrally located to all of Philly's fun neighborhoods! I will miss living in this building. Thanks!

fire alarms are CONSTANTLY going off. I live across the street and it annoys me so I can't imagine for the tenants
