Great ambiance. Good view. Great amenities. Clean and good as new. Garage is secured. Mails and packages are secured. The building access is secured. Overall awesome experience. Even we are new here it feels (Good to be home)

It is in a great location - close to the freeway, downtown San Jose, Santana Row and Valley Fair, and a respectable commute to work. The office staff (Olga, Anna, and Aurora) is professional, helpful, and responsive to requests and questions. Maintenance service is prompt. Joe always responds quickly and gets the work done correctly without needing to come back. The building interior is well maintained, and I have had no issues with appliances. There have been improvements in access, especially through the garage with more secure garage doors.
