A very scummy management company. Living here took some years off of my life, honestly. Over the 18 months we lived there: - We were only offered 8 month leases so that they could increase the rent at every lease renewal - The apartment manager changed 7 times - Our appliances were constantly unreliable, and when our dishwasher fully broke it took a month for them to fix it, despite us knowing the part that needed to be ordered and that it could be delivered in a couple days - Our apartment was entered with no notice, and then attempted to be entered with less than 48 hours notice (they cancelled when we pushed back) - When we moved out, they attempted to charge us over $2k for painting despite there being no significant wall or paint damage. When we asked for a receipt for the painting, it was actually $1300 less than the “quote” they originally gave us.
