I've been here at Camden Yorktown for about two months now. So far we're very happy with their maintenance and other services. Deborah at the leasing office is a darling !! Always hears our problems with patience and takes measures right away to solve it. Community is kept clean and maintained well. Only one downside that bothered us is that visitor parking is limited and sometimes it's hard to get a spot for the guests. Otherwise the apartments are spacious compared to the price. Hopefully we can live here with peace in the coming few years...😊

I love living here! The complex is clean and beautifully maintained. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is fantastic — requests are handled quickly, and any issues I’ve had were resolved with care and professionalism. For everything you get, I feel the price is really fair. Highly recommend!

I had issues with my online rental application at Camden, and it kept failing. When I went to the office in person, I was fortunate to meet leasing consultant Deborah Cody. She, along with the manager, patiently assisted me through each step of the application process and helped resolve all the issues. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to successfully complete my application. Deborah’s professionalism and patience made the whole experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her to anyone!

I and my family have lived at Camden Yorktown for almost 6+ years and we had incredible living experience. We have never regretted or frustrated with anything actually it was amazing, good neighbors, respected and quick service when we requested. Talking about school neighborhood, when you hear any Camden think about good schools close by and good communities as whole. Camden Yorktown is a great place to call “HOME”. The entire staff always greet you with a nice smile and are very helpful to people’s needs and at the same time staff are very quick to solve any problem that arises. The grounds and facilities team are very hard-working men kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24/7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of a pool during swimming season. I strongly recommend Camden Yorktown for anyone especially when you have kids attending school because school’s neighborhood are very good from middle school to high school otherwise Camden Yorktown is very good place to live and enjoy:😊.
