Do not live here. The building may look nice, and the apartment will invest heavily in selling you with a responsive and responsible leasing agent, but after you sign a lease, you will be ignored. Management and maintenance are not responsive and will not keep their word. They left us with a broken refrigerator for 3 months at move-in. They also restrict the heat arbitrarily in the winter--and you will get very cold (we need sweatshirts and a blanket to work at times). There's no storage of Seattle housing violations that go on here, but management really doesn't care. And worse, despite the somewhat expensive prices, the units are poorly kept (many things hastily painted over forcing stuck cabinets, etc). Save yourself the endless trouble of this poorly-managed complex and live anywhere else (that isn't managed by them).

Cool. The response here was definitely faster than property management when I lived there (although to be fair property managers tended to rotate out every 2-4 months, so…) Here's a picture of a hole in the wall of the building entryway that's been there almost a year... Have you repaired it yet, or have you decided to commit to "Bronx 1970's" as your interior design aesthetic? I can post more photos if you like.
