Actually a pretty good place to live. The leasing office and maintenance staffs are helpful and always professional. Bit pricey but mostly worth it. Nice amenities, though from my building both the pool and gym need to be driven to, but it’s a short ride. Thanks to Tiffany and others at the leasing office who are great to deal with!

Joh'Anne was excellent. I can honestly say she was the best leasing agent I've ever dealt with, and I've done plenty of apartment applications. The Leasing office in general was very responsive. They always answered the phone and had great attitudes. Overall great experience.

Very happy in my new community! Maintenance staff are polite, professional, quick to respond, and helpful. The leasing staff is awesome! Taylor was especially attentive before I moved in and both Taylor and Sam have been super helpful since I moved in. The residents are both quite and friendly. The complex is close to major highways which makes it easy for work and visiting family. Kudos for a great place to live! I would also like to give a shout out to Rhoan for taking care of the maintenance issues in a very timely manner. He explained what was causing the issues and fixed them completely. Also a shout out to Clarissa for providing excellent customer service and follow up to take care of the maintenance issues! Rhoan and Clarissa are very responsive and friendly. I really appreciate how quickly things are fixed! And, the friendly manner of the services! Once again I am pleased to share the excellent service that I received for my maintenance request yesterday (Sunday). Taylor took my call and was as friendly and helpful as she usually is! Denroy arrived quickly and fixed my kitchen sink. He cleaned up after his work was finished. Clarissa followed up to make sure the service was complete. I absolutely appreciate the excellent service at Lighthouse at Twin Lakes! I have been fortunate and have not had to call for maintenance for awhile. I had to call when there was a leak in my bathroom from above. The maintenace team responded quickly and then send a drywall team to patch where the water damage had caused mold to grow. The maintenance staff is always polite, responsive, and professional. The wall was fixed within a couple of days! Clarissa always provides excellent communication and I appreciate that she understands that I have a dog who needs to be put in the bedroom when there are technicians here in my apartment - Clarissa gives me the notice that I need to make that happen when I am at work. Kudos to the maintenance team! I am once again appreciating the maintenance staff and the Resident Services Coordinator. Rhoan and Ms. Johnson are very friendly, polite, and helpful. I am grateful for how responsive both of them are. Please keep up the great work! I had a problem with my washing machine and Mr. Denroy was very helpful, understanding, professional, and respectful. I had a leasing question and Ms. Clarissa Johnson always responds in a polite, helpful, professional manner. I appreciated the explanation that she provided - I always appreciate her timely, friendly communication.
