Moved into AVA with my girlfriend in July ‘24 and love it here. Brian the manager is super helpful with resolving issues and Arturo with maintenance responds very quickly to service requests. Haven’t had any issues with pests and roaches so far. Highly recommend if you want to live in a serene environment.
