I lived on this building for two years, and was displaced in the last week because of a pipe burst affecting ten units of the building. I appreciate that they were able to quickly help me move to a better building. However they are doing extensive repairs, and I don’t recommend moving there any time soon. Also, they have had many SDCI complaints, and denied my request to test the unit for contamination related to the incident.
