Quiet, well-maintained building features swimming pool, perimeter security, underground parking, elevator, on-site manager and coin-operated laundry room. PLEASE NOTE: No pets allowed; smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the premises; photos shown may be of similar units; square footage is approximate; price is subject to change without notice; we comply with all Fair Housing guidelines. Minimum 1-year lease required. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Good credit is a must! All occupants age 18 and over must complete a separate application. An application fee of $35.00 per person must be submitted with each application. In addition to the advertised rental rate, tenant must also pay a monthly Systematic Code Enforcement Program (SCEP) fee (presently $2.83 per month) and a monthly Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) fee (presently $1.61 per month).
