Living here is pretty pricey but great if you can afford it. The building is well maintained and management is responsive. Individual maintenence requests are usually handled within a day or two. You can definitely hear planes landing and it's jarring at first, but only takes a few days to get used to. The double paned windows block out enough that it doesn't disrupt daily life. Walls between units are pretty thin and it's noticeable if you happen to get noisy neighbors.
