I wanted to say that the security of the building is enhanced from what previous commenters have said, property management practices have improved dramatically. You (as well as) your leasing agent need to schedule an appointment in advanced to tour. This is a very difficult area to protect/maintain value without security, so I did appreciate that fact. They have very beautiful amenities, rooftop experiences, really beautiful area. It’s a very beautiful building and they have protected Amazon lockers now for those who might have enhanced concerns about security. Very excited to move in, and I appreciate the ease of the processing from Winstar properties as my circumstance as a new undergrad moving out was stressful. They definitely made sure I made it in.

I really like to live in this building, the amenities are awesome. The management is great, ethey are super helpful with everything that you need. My husband and I don't have a single complaint :)

My wife and I have lived here for almost 6 months now. It's very obvious that those older negative comments have no connection with this building and it's new ownership + management. So far, this place has been the best living experience either of us have EVER had in our combined decades-long history of renting in the LA area. For us, management is the most important metric in apartment living. "Winstar", Jimmy, and Gio (the maintenance GOAT) get a resounding 10/10 in all areas. There are many factors here, but one small example is the lightning speed of repairs. There's been a few times where Gio made a (not simple) repair within 30 minutes of us putting in the request. Our cats love him to death and we trust him implicitly, so we never need to worry having someone at home when he's in the apartment either. The ONLY time a repair took longer than 24 hours was when an HVAC specialist needed to be called, and even in that case, the dude was at our door by 9am the next morning. On top of that, Jimmy and Gio are almost always on-property during weekday business hours, which is really nice and quite rare in my experience. Most importantly, they've proven time and time again that they take security very seriously. Any fears arisen from those old comments were quickly dispelled within the first couple months. Other areas that shine are the building itself, the apartments, gym, pool, and common areas. Everything is beautiful and well kept. Apartment ceilings are high, appliances new, and floors are solid, seemingly thick wood. Neighbors are nice and quiet. The hot tub is always heated. The gym is decked out and everything works properly. The BBQs next to the sickkk rooftop pool are massive and high quality, stocked with propane. Location is central and close enough to the freeway for convenience, but not so close as to be affected by sound or pollution. Far fewer homeless people are around than I assumed would be, especially compared to other areas in hollywood/mid city. My wife and I have no complaints.
