I wanted to say that the security of the building is enhanced from what previous commenters have said, property management practices have improved dramatically. You (as well as) your leasing agent need to schedule an appointment in advanced to tour. This is a very difficult area to protect/maintain value without security, so I did appreciate that fact. They have very beautiful amenities, rooftop experiences, really beautiful area. It’s a very beautiful building and they have protected Amazon lockers now for those who might have enhanced concerns about security. Very excited to move in, and I appreciate the ease of the processing from Winstar properties as my circumstance as a new undergrad moving out was stressful. They definitely made sure I made it in.

I really like to live in this building, the amenities are awesome. The management is great, ethey are super helpful with everything that you need. My husband and I don't have a single complaint :)
