Terri at the front office is an absolute rock star. She went above and beyond to help my friend move in, stayed late and was SO sweet showing us around with all the amenities. Place is clean, quiet, and the maintenance crew is punctual and professional.

Terri is literally a life saver. Helped us move in less than 24 hours. She was so kind, understanding, patient, and extremely helpful. We’ve never met anyone like her at a leasing office. The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and relatively affordable considering the housing market right now. The amenities are beautiful. We can’t thank Terri enough for all of her kindness, Avora has really impressed us while looking for a place to live while we build our home. We look forward to living here for the next several months.

Perfect complex for our family of 3 very young kids, and 2 adults. Amenities are beyond expectations, with glamorous pools, outside fire places, splash pad for the kids, movie theater, video games, pool tables, dog park, gyms, and beautiful walking paths. We also love how the incredible office staff goes out of their way to arrange cool resident parties, and events. Our kids even got to meet Santa & Mrs. Claus here over the holidays! Maintenance must have improved since other comments were left, because this property is way better than most others in that regard as well. Our split floor plan 2 bedroom apartment is gorgeous, and with 3 bedroom units on property, this is definitely a place our family can grow into and stay long term. Our neighbors around here are also very friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. We're very happy here. Best decision we could have made.

I moved here in November and it’s been an easy process! They made applying easy and stress free. Terri and Dee in the office are AMAZING! They have been such a great help with anything I need. Maintenance has been on point as well since I’ve been here. I definitely recommend this for a home. The apartments are also super cozy and big. I’ll be here for a long time! :)

Relatively large but clean and quiet community, nice dog park and walking areas, pool is gorgeous- like a resort, gym is clean and full of quality equipment and machines. The location is just north of the 101 on 7th Street is super convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc.

I lived at Avora for 6 months and would've continued for much longer if I hadn't be transferred out of state with my company!! Terri and Dee with both amazing and so responsive whenever I had any questions. The apartment was so cute and the area so quiet. I have highly recommended this complex to many of my friends who are looking to move early next year!
