I’ve lived at this property for 3 years. I looked at probably every building in Hackensack and this was the most modern, open floor plan, solid construction I found. You really can’t hear neighbors above or below you. It’s by far the most well-maintained, cleanest property I’ve lived in. Maintenance is on the ball, cleaning crew is here constantly. Management is polite, courteous and fair. (I admittedly make that pretty easy by also being polite, courteous and fair😌)

I have lived at The Vue for 2 years and I'm very happy to call this place home. The overall quality of the apartment is top notch (spacious floor plans, nice appliances, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, concrete walls makes it impossible to hear your neighbors). Our apartment also has a nice view of the New York skyline. Geena, the apartment manager has been extremely helpful with any request and she goes out of her way to ensure the residents are kept happy. She also organizes social events for us to get to know our neighbors. The common areas are sparkling clean and well maintained. The apartment is connected to major highways making our daily commute easier.

We just signed a lease at The Vue. The building is incredible and the floor plans are all fantastic - it was difficult to choose one. As we have not yet moved in, I can't speak to the experience of actually living there but did want to comment on the staff. We are relocating from out of state and everyone has been incredibly helpful and nice, particularly Shay. I've asked about ten thousand pesky questions and she has remained upbeat and professional through the whole process. I love that the staff seem committed to making this more of a community rather than just an apartment building. Three cheers for Shay! UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review. We have now lived here for three months. The building is beautiful and we have had no issues with maintenance, but I know that if we did they would be handled right away. Shay, the building manager and Hector, the maintenance man are both kind and very hardworking. I see them doing their best to keep everyone happy and the building looking great each day. Any building-wide issues are communicated right away. Also, the rent prices are 100% transparent - although it isn't cheap, your rent includes any fees. No hidden costs, unless you want an extra parking spot. As far as the apartment itself: We are renting a 2bd/2bth called The Emerson. We have a fantastic city view that pictures can't do justice. I viewed slightly smaller 2bd units in this building and they honestly felt just as large because of the huge floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings. The bathrooms and kitchen have lovely fixtures and appliances. The only things that I'm not totally thrilled with are the small washer and dryer, but it is so much better to have our own in-unit machines that I don't mind. Even though the building is very close to two highways, your barely hear them and noise has never been an issue. There is a nice community room and gym, and even though I don't see it promoted on the website, an ADORABLE small playground for kids and a good sized dog run. We are so happy living here!
