These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here so far and will always recommend it to others. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to any needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 is never crowded. I love the convenience of the elevator, the parking garage and you have to have a key fob to get access to the building and elevators. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails nearby. Shopping is a breeze as the apartments are located within 5 minutes of a Fred Myers, Target and Petsmart. Extremely pet friendly. My dog loves going for walks and stopping by the office for treats. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a friendly, cozy, and great place to call home.

In 2023, the POS at Thrive Communities stripped services, raised rates, and quickly sold 2nd & Main to a new management company. Take older reviews with a grain of salt. They were probably true then, but not now. The new team invested in the wellbeing of the residents and building. Luke is constantly working to improve everyone’s experience, whether it’s safety, privacy, or cleanliness; all with a professional grace. They really go the extra mile. They have turned the building around. If they were POS (like Thrive was) I would say so, but damn they put in work. Building is nice. Downtown Renton is cute. Cedar River walk is lovely during the summer. Lots of work-out hikes on Cougar mountain. Crime is mostly in the asphalt deserts on Rainier. If you like ornithology, this place is for you. Huge murders of crows, tons of hummingbirds, golden finches, juncos, and more. Our balcony felt like an aviary. Loved it.
