Amazing experience working with Gloria at the Hanover Post Oak! She was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! She definitely helped to make our decision easier by providing amazing customer service. For example, she was transparent about the apartment demand and kept us in the loop when our preferred unit was being looked at by others.
The awesome customer service extended to Julia who called to let us know that there had been a change in unit availability. This is definitely not something you get from other places!
Looking forward to calling the Hanover Post Oak home in the next few weeks!!

I have lived at the Hanover for 18 months. It has been a joyous time. All of the staff are wonderful. They have been a tremendous help to me with assistance whenever needed. Salam and Julia are wonderful, helpful and very beautiful. Mr. Charles and Abraham are very personable and helpful as well. All of the Valet Team are excellent, Head Valet Luis and Marvin over maintenance are encredible as well. Great stay and loved the experience!!!

My wife, my dog and I moved into Hanover Post Oak at end of February. If you read this far, my advice is not to hesitate, sign the lease and move in today.
If you need more information, every time I’ve opened a maintenance request in the app, the maintenance guy is out and has it fixed within 24hours if not sooner.
I cannot walk past concierge or the office staff without someone shouting out to say hi or ask if everything’s ok.
The apartment, is stunning. The appliances are great. The apartment door is heavy A F, a sign of awesome quality.
Three months in I’m tremendously impressed by the personable service of the team and the upkeep of the property.
The elevators work all the time. Coming from a local high rise recently, this is a surprisingly luxurious feature.
There’s 3-4 resident events per month.
It’s worth the money.
What’s clear here is the management company, Hanover, are consistently on top of everything, from replacing a dead palm tree at the pool to communicating consistently about any issues at the property and subsequently advising when said issues will be resolved…. And shockingly, they are fixed when they say they will be.
You’re paying to live here, but it’s also stunning, maintenance do everything. It’s a 2 min walk to restaurants and a 3 min walk to Whole Foods on post oak. It’s such an amazing place to live.
Finally some bad bits, the pool area is incredible, but I’m Scottish, which means I expect 15 hours a day of sunshine where I cook my pale white chest in the Texas sun and thank the lord for the privilege… however; after 3pm the sun at the pool is in the shade until sunset. Most may like this, as a sun loving Scottish bloke, I don’t.
I’d also love to see a little coffee station in the social and public areas? But otherwise amenities are beyond what you can imagine.
In all, I’d highly recommend Hanover post oak! The views are amazing, the staff are exceptional, the maintenance team are rockstars, but the pool isn’t a furnace so… sad face.
Move here, you will not regret it.

I’ve been living in this building for two years, and I love it here! The service is fantastic across the board. The leasing office is always helpful and responsive, the concierge team is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew is quick and efficient. Everyone here truly makes this place feel like home, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hanover Post Oak Apartments during our visit to Houston, Texas.
The location of Hanover Post Oak Apartments is perfect for anyone looking to explore Houston. It offers easy access to high-end shopping, fine dining establishments, and various entertainment options. Moreover, the security is high and staff working there are professional and accommodating.
One of the highlights of our stay was interacting with the delightful concierge, Lily. From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming & friendly making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly commendable. Lily was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered excellent recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that guests had a pleasant stay was evident throughout our time at Hanover Post Oak.
Whether it was handling packages, liaising with deliveries or assisting with any queries, Lily always handled each task with efficiency and professionalism. She was always available to help and had an innate ability to anticipate the needs of guests, making the entire stay even more enjoyable.
