So far so good. i don't see a reason to complain. An Apartment was giving to me in perfect condition, stuff is helpful. 2 years later. updated So i have been living here for 2 years. 1st year on first floor another year on 5th floor. For these 2 years i had no problems with staff working here or with the apartments. In fact this was the best management i have ever had to deal with. Whenever a problem comes or something needs to be changed in the apartment, the issue gets resolved most of the times on next day. Staff is very mindful and respect the tenant's privacy. When we lived on 1st floor we could often hear the people who lives above. And the floor in the winter was very cold, so it was hard to keep the apartment warm, obviously nothing management could do about it. In the summer though it was not that hot on the ground floor. But when we moved to 5th floor, of course we didnt have any of those problems. I think we had the best 2bd apartment in this complex, big windows with a lot of natural light, big green tree behind the window made our place feel very cozy and private. Pros: Amazon hub, Nice roof top with a view. Quiet street, Some food option across the street, stores in walking distance. Bus stop right next to the building. great management (Alejandra and ), clean apartment complex, gym Leaving this place will be hard for me. Even more harder will be finding the good management like this one.

I moved into Springline this last week and I've been more than impressed with the entire experience, facility, and staff thus far. Everything from scheduling the tour to the actual move in has been seamless with all of their online tools and information. The people in the community have been welcoming, the neighborhood is awesome, and the leasing office is super responsive. I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this property when I did.
