My wife and I were looking to leave California for sometime but just couldn't seem to find what we were looking for. I got a call from a man named Chris who gave us the rundown on a deal so good we couldn't pass up. After further research we were definitely hesitant on moving from the reviews left below. Still on a hunch to never believing what you read and going to experience it for ourselves, we drove down and the 2 office ladies were more than helpful great conversation and descriptive on what to expect and answered any and all questions we had. My wife and I decided to move in and still early to tell but thus far have been more than accommodating on what we asked. Sometime later we met the manager flor very friendly and inviting. Only thing is our apartment had some remodeling that never took place and in addressing it, immediately tended to our needs they called the maintenance/security who are also very helpful especially during our move in I had asked for some help in spiderwebs near our entrance. I believe his name was Joel he didn't hesitate to come help as well when asking, he dropped what he was doing and came right on over. We ended up in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom super spacious and especially the price we got was very competitive. We have yet to try out the pool but it looks amazing we also have gym amenities, a playground for our son and a bbq we will be using very soon. It's definitely all amazing. The dog park is great however I believe one of the gates is a little high for any small dog to escape but nonetheless don't always believe what you read online without having to go check it out yourself. I do believe the energy you give out is reciprocated and people will treat you how you treat them. Im assuming the bad reviews are from angry and bitter people, The woman who work in the main office Jazmin daisy and Cheril were very helpful inviting friendly and honestly I believe they have a great team working here from the office staff to management and maintenance team and they definitely deserve the credit I'm writing here. The tenants and neighbors are friendly greeting and none are intrusive nosey or loud everyone is to themselves and I can honestly say the move has been easy to transition to.

We toured this apartment about a month ago and decided to come back and apply. Cheril helped us and answered any and all questions we had about the application. She gave us a really close estimate on how much we’d be paying a month which was super helpful! She was super friendly and upbeat. Even saw some residents interacting with her and we could tell that she’s well liked here!
