We lived in Seattle for a year at 19th and Mercer and loved it. We would’ve stayed there if it weren’t for a job relocation out of state. The apartment itself was beautiful and quiet. Nicole the manager was so great to work with. We really miss her and have never liked a manager so much. She was super responsive and professional at all times and took care of any issues right away. She was also just a really nice person and organized some fun building activities before covid. Robert who is in charge of maintenance was also great. Anything that needed to get taken care of did in a timely manner. Robert was also super nice and easy to work with. The neighborhood itself is fantastic. We’d highly recommend 19th and Mercer.

The apartments are in an amazing location. Walkable to volunteer park, Madison Valley, Interlaken Park for recreation. Also walkable to Trader Joe's on Madison and many good restaurants on 15th. Nicole, the property manager, is super helpful, always available for any help. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious with a lots of lights.
