The Howard has been a great place to live. I have had positive encounters with staff. I like the floor plan of my apartment. They accept dogs, so has worked well for me. I would recommend taking a look at The Howard if you are looking for an apartment.

My 20 years at The Howard have been wonderful; pleasant, helpful staff maintaining a fine complex and prompt responses to maintenance requests have made living here a great pleasure.
