Most of the apartments have laminate wood flooring throughout, with exception to the carpeted bedrooms. The Harvard House is located on Harvard Avenue, between East Thomas and East Olive. Major bus routes and the Light Rail's Capitol Hill Station are just a couple blocks away. You have quick, easy access to downtown Seattle and I-5 as well. Card-operated laundry facilities are located on-site. We have a controlled-access building, including a private covered/uncovered parking lot.
