Great community, poor maintenance. Annual roaches (normal for Seattle apartments) I like my neighbors, dislike the broken things all throughout. Homeless people often walking through the parking lot, sometimes sleeping on the ground outside. Very rarely aggressive. Rent is fairly low and stable.
