Northpointe Highlands is a wonderful place to live! I love it here!! Joshua (manager) is great and so sweet. The maintenance staff are quick to help; sometimes even the same day!

I have been here for over four years, and I'm very pleased with my apartment, management and maintenance staff. They remodeled my apartment before I moved in, it's very nice with lot's of new upgrades, and spacious. For the price, it's one of the best apartment places to live in the area.

Crystal, the woman who showed me the apartment, was very helpful and knowledgable. Every question I had, she had an answer, or said she would get back to me (which she did!) Fresh paint. New carpet. New outdoor carpet on the balcony. When I moved in, she was prompt with getting things repaired/adjusted/fixed. I live on the top floor, so its hard to say anything about noise from neighbors. The noise from 522 is annoying, but tolerable. But also- the apartment can't control this. (This is a review about the apartment, not a road) A new manager took over, Chris, who has also been attentive and great. He has always responded emails/calls/concerns within 24 hours- even on weekends. There was a problem with the smoke alarms going off a lot in the whole building, but that because of a tenant. Its close to the 522 bus (and a lot of other buses,) if you need that (my car broke down and needed transportation.) This is a non-smoking property. There are signs everywhere and you have to sign an addendum to the lease stating you will not smoke on the property, or in your unit. This is great because I hate the smell of cigarettes, and its nice to be able to have my windows open and not have to worry about (any kind of) smoke coming in. There is a few times where people park in my assigned spot. Minor inconvenience at best. This place has an adult community vibe. There are some families. But a lot of adults- which is nice. There doesn't seem to be countless parties, noise, or drug deals. I used to live an apartment that the management did not care. The only way to talk to them was to go into the office and sit for some time- up to an hour. They never returned phone calls, etc- were generally extremely rude. The apartment I was staying in flooded and they said "too bad- hope you have renter's insurance." I moved out that night to Northpointe. And just in time. That weekend a car drove into my old apartment, and 3 days after that a woman was murdered in the parking lot. (This was NOT at Northpointe.) This place is a massive upgrade. Its easily a 4 star hotel compared to the dumpster I used to live in. Unsure why "Hannah" gave it one star with zero explanation. Her reviews span from California to here. I don't think she actually lives/lived here. The "A Google User" review. I love that- I actually have that framed and hanging in my bathroom. We are close to UW Bothell- but don't expect this to be affordable student housing where you can party all the time. Love this place.
