This was my little family's first home together. We truly, TRULY loved living here for almost 2 years. In fact, we would still be living there if it wasn't for the fact that we were unhappy with our child's learning experience (FWSD is rated 3 out of 10 in the state - we've now moved to UPSD where it's rated 8 out 10 and can already see the different in schooling in just one week). The grounds are kept VERY clean and they stay on top of pest control like no other (rarely had bugs in my home). Even though it's right off of 1st, I always felt and was safe. The neighbors are kind and welcoming as well. There weren't many children on our half of the complex, but there's a huge field in the back with plenty of nearby parks. Parking is a plus, you get your own assigned covered space and there is so much extra parking, you never have to worry about space to invite guests. Any issue there may have been, they would fix before you even knew it was an issue. Whenever I would have people over, their first words were "Wow, it's so big" - the lay out is spacious (I'm almost 6 foot, and I could lay wall to opposing wall in the hallway) and the double doors on the bedrooms are very convenient! Leta and her staff are so WONDERFUL. She made the move in/out process a breeze. And they are very honest with your deposit - you won't feel cheated at all! I truly miss my old home and hope you decided to make it your new one - it's worth it!

I almost don’t want to post this review because I want this place to remain the hidden gem that it is. I visited the complex once and fell in love with it. Beautiful landscape, well kept grounds. The office staff beyond being AMAZING! The maintenance team and management live on the property to it is extra looked after. I can go on and on about this place, I have never had such a great experience renting anywhere! I would never leave this place if I didn’t have to re-locate.
