Wow! I can't believe the improvements that have been made since the new ownership and management company took over. I'm very pleased. Apartments are being renovated as people move. The laundry room has been updated. The upstairs walkway has been reconstructed. They are now working on some landscaping which will give a great face lift. Undesirable tenants are leaving....... Which is a BIG plus. The grounds are now clean and well kept. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner now. So much being done In a short period of time. Very happy!!

This community is newly owned and managed through a professional management company. The on-site staff keeps the community very clean and is vermin free. The new owners have taken quite a liking to the apartment community here and have truly put in some tender, loving care. Even the laundry room has been renovated. Each apartment as they become available is being renovated, the monthly landscaping and pest control service is consistent in keeping this community nice, well manicured, and maintained. The on-site staff cares and it shows. I would definitely refer someone to this quiet community.
