I really enjoyed my year at And Pico. It was a quiet and clean community, and Denise is amazing, very attentive, and answers inquiries extremely fast. The location is also convenient and close to the beach and other activities. I am only leaving so I can afford a bigger room but otherwise, I have no complaints at all, and And Pico will be missed!

As a long time resident I can say the living experience has been consistently great, and it's gotten even better with our current manager Denise Tillery. Location is amazing, amenities are nice, people are respectful. Great place to live in West LA, no question!
