We had a two bedroom apartment and a garage for around 20 months. The location of the apartment is pretty hard to beat- walkable to parks, groceries, downtown Kirkland, and the lake. In addition, it's easy to jump on highways from this pocket of Kirkland. Our apartment was spacious with a view, the grounds were well kept-up, and maintenance requests were handled extremely fast with a very friendly staff. Overall, it was a great experience for a very reasonable rent.

Lived here for around four years. I had a nice and sunny south facing unit. This was especially great in the winter months. The location is very close to the lake and downtown Kirkland. The management and maintenance were very responsive. It is close to a bus stop. Would live here again if I had the chance!
